Listening Sessions
Join a listening session for CPM Sunset Listening Circles, hosted by Birth Equity Statewide Operations (b e s o) and Elephant Circle. Certified Professional Midwives (CPMs) in Colorado are invited to join for information sharing and grounding in preparation for sunset.
There is another in-person listening session scheduled for 7/1/26 from 10 am-12 pm in Colorado Springs . The address will be forwarded to people who register by the day before 6/30. Use This Linkregister for this in-person listening session.

DAY OF THE MIDWIFE — Giving midwives their flowers 🌷🌷🌷 and reminding the systems of power that our voices, our power and our love is louder!
Standing in solidarity and loving community with midwives — on May 5th, 2026 Elephant Circle filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of all licensed CPMs in Colorado against DORA’s Division of Professions & Occupations, the agency that has been denying them due process for years.
We gathered together to declare: Midwifery is the Movement on International Day of the Midwife.
Midwives, families and midwife enthusiasts locked arms, paraded to the Capitol & shared stories, love, and our deep intention to support Midwives in Colorado.
Listen Up, DORA (Department of Regulatory Agencies) — Midwives help people out — our regulations should too.
